Christmas Teddy Bear Cookies



225g Softened Unsalted Butter

110g Caster Sugar

275g Plain Flour

Assorted Chocolate Pieces


1. Preheat oven at 170C or gas mark 3

2. Cream butter in a bowl or food mixer

3. Next add the sugar and beat till mixture is soft and fluffy

4. Add the flour and bring together to form a dough

5. Roll out the dough and using a teddy bear cookie cutter cut out the teddy cookies

6. Place white and black chocolate chips to create the face

7. Line a tray with grease proof paper and place the cookies on it

8. Bake for 10-15 minutes till they are golden brown

9. Place the cooking on a cooling rack and leave for 10-15minutes

10. Serve with a glass of cold milk
